Description

The C/P/V Steward may choose to assist for one
aspect of this job description if not the whole role.  There is need for at least two Stewards in
this area. Communication Steward would: assist in publicizing the progress of
construction to the parish, website and to the Hispanic liaison and provide
bulletin information to the parish office in a timely manner.  Photo/video Steward would take or gather
photographs and video information about the construction project and deliver to
Communication Steward to place on parish website or parish communication.  Photo/Video Steward would assist/collaborate
with this process.

Expected
Commitment

Duration of the construction, starting with groundbreaking
through move-in celebration. Expected weekly time commitment would be 1-2
hours.

Responsibilities

1. Assists
   Volunteer Coordinator with parish communication.
2. Gathers information from Steering Committee and
   other sources.
3. Assists Volunteer Coordinator with Identifing
   appropriate times and topics to communicate.
4. Assists Photo/Video Steward(s) in editing material
   for communication
5. Assists Volunteer Coordinator in contacting
   volunteers.
